Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories, whenever possible.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees for returns are calculated and displayed at checkout for your original order and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations
